Terms & Conditions (AI-Assisted Content – Plain English)

These Terms explain how our AI-assisted content services work and what you’re agreeing to when you work with Content King Agency (“we”, “us”). By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms below.
What We Do
We provide AI-assisted content marketing services using a combination of artificial intelligence, expert prompting, editorial review, and human oversight. This approach allows us to create content efficiently and at scale. Depending on the package agreed, services may include written content, interviews, SEO optimisation, publishing, and strategy support.
How AI Is Used
AI tools are used to support research, drafting, structuring, and optimisation. All content is reviewed and edited before delivery. Our content is intended to be informative and educational and should not be relied upon as legal, medical, or professional advice.
Accuracy & Responsibility
Content is created using information you provide and publicly available sources. While we aim for accuracy, AI-assisted content may occasionally contain errors or become outdated. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing and for ensuring it meets the requirements of your industry or any relevant regulations. We are not responsible for regulatory or compliance obligations specific to your business.
Payments & Packages
We offer 1, 3, 6 and 12-month packages, which are paid in full upfront at the point of agreement. Payments are not recurring by default. A recurring monthly subscription will only apply where this has been explicitly agreed in writing by both parties. All prices are in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated. If payment is not received or fails, services may be paused until resolved.
Ownership & Usage Rights
Once payment has been made in full, ownership of final approved content transfers to you. We may reference or showcase completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing. Drafts, prompts, workflows, and internal AI processes remain our intellectual property.
Delivery & Timing
Content is delivered according to the schedule agreed for your chosen package. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, or missed interviews are outside our control.
Cancellations
For multi-month packages, cancellations are not permitted once work has started. Where a recurring subscription has been agreed, you may cancel by providing at least 14 days’ written notice before your next billing date. In these cases, services will continue until the end of the next billing period. Partial-month cancellations are not available.
Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for unused content, missed interviews, changes of mind, or subjective dissatisfaction such as tone, style, or opinion.
Pauses & Missed Content
Content does not roll over unless agreed in writing. Pauses are not guaranteed, and missed interviews or lack of response may result in forfeited content.
Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or business outcomes. AI tools, platforms, and search engines change frequently and are outside our control. Any examples or case studies are provided for illustration only.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and lawful information, review content before publishing, ensure compliance with any legal or regulatory requirements, and use the content responsibly.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days prior to any claim. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, AI tools or algorithm changes.
Termination
We may end services immediately if these Terms are breached, payments are not made, or behaviour is abusive, unlawful or unethical. No refunds apply in these cases.
Legal Stuff
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update these Terms at any time.
